In my free time, I am often busy gaming and I also practice kickboxing, which helps me stay fit, focused and disciplined.
During my internship at NLeyes, I want to further develop into a full-stack developer. I not only want to broaden my technical knowledge, but also learn how to make websites and applications more user-friendly. My goal is to take both code quality and user experience to the next level.
As of Jan. 1, 2026, all VAT-registered companies in Belgium are required to send and receive electronic invoices via Peppol. This means that Belgian companies may no longer receive invoices by e-mail (e.g., in PDF format) or on paper. But what can this mean for Dutch companies working with Belgian customers or suppliers?
BeGlobal recently automated the order and invoicing process with a key customer by switching to Peppol. Thanks to NLeyes' expertise, the process is now fully automated, standardized and secure. This results in significant time savings and higher data quality.
Leon de Haas and Leon Kersten successfully completed an internship at NLeyes as part of their graduation project. Both are following the mbo course Software Developer at ROC Nijmegen (location Technovium) and were in their fourth and final year of study.
Together with Congress Care, we developed the Event Manager App: an all-in-one platform that brings together all important event information. The app is linked to the event management system, so data only needs to be entered once and is instantly available. In addition, the app offers convenient features such as offline access, push notifications and the ability for participants to create a personal program.
Last February we enjoyed a fantastic winter sports trip with the NLeyes team! A few days full of action, snow fun and fun, during which we got to know each other in a different way, both on and off the slopes.
