Congress Care had a challenge: their Event Management system (EventsAIR) needed to integrate seamlessly with Hubspot and other applications. The lack of a working link caused manual work. NLeyes offered an innovative middleware solution that centralized integrations, resulting in significant time and cost savings.
Congress Care struggled with the inefficiencies of manual work: data had to be entered multiple times into different systems, which was not only labor-intensive, but also created an opportunity for errors. This led to frustration among employees who had to do double entry, and identify and correct any errors. This led to less time for other work.
Several vendors offered to create and maintain individual links to EventsAIR, each with their own price, which increased cost and complexity. Congress Care needed a centralized solution to address these inefficiencies.

NLeyes provided a reliable and future-proof solution by acting as middleware between EventsAIR and other applications. NLeyes collected all data from EventsAIR and ensured that the correct data was sent to Hubspot and Floq, among others. This middleware approach ensured that each application received exactly the information it needed without redundant or duplicate data entry. Congress Care now has all data centralized with NLeyes, which reduced dependence on multiple vendors and simplified integration processes.
Because all data is managed centrally at NLeyes, we can easily make adjustments to the existing integrations. For example, by sending other data to the applications when needed. We can also quickly link new applications if Congress Care wants to integrate more systems in the future.
