I am Patrick van Heijst, a specialist in digitalization, with years of experience as a functional and technical specialist. Within NLeyes I fulfill the role of Senior Business Consultant and I am also active as functional and technical consultant at the Dutch Peppol Authority (NPa).
My academic journey began at Radboud University in Nijmegen, where I studied business administration with a specialization in "technology, labor and organization." During my master's degree, I began my professional career as a management trainee at a wholesale office supplies company. This sparked my passion for e-commerce, and I quickly realized the crucial importance of operational processes as the basis for effective technology implementation.
